You like our proposal! We will email you the loan application & submission documents to sign. We submit your loan to underwriting.

3. APPROVAL

We clarify any questions the underwriter has on your loan request. Congrats you are approved!

4. LENDER CONDITIONS

We will oversee meeting the funding conditions to close your loan. We will order the appraisal, clear title issues and have the loan documents sent to title for you to sign. Your loan funds… All done!

5. follow up servicing

We are glad to handle any follow up servicing questions, concerns or changes you have though out the life of your loan. Just call us and we will get it done!
